5D Illustrations for kids book
We had a great pleasure to work on illustrations for a kids book. It was prepared in 5D technique, meaning that we combined two- and three-dimensional elements. All the characters were designed according to the description in the book and modeled in 3D. Then some extra painted layers were added, to get a fable-like feel. The next step was putting the characters into hand-painted environments, complemented with 3D elements.
